Use Calendar Toggle to show or hide public calendars.
Use Shading Toggle to show or hide planning overlays.
For authorised editors, these controls become Calendar Manager and Shading Manager.
The calendar and shading legends stay visible while you scroll.
The previous year is retained as a frozen read-only snapshot and can be hidden from public view by an administrator. The current year is editable by authorised administrators. The next year can be created from the current year when needed.
Calendars are refreshed automatically on the schedule configured for the host. This repository defaults to every 3 hours. Administrators can also use Sync beside a calendar for an immediate refresh.
If you have administrator access, editing controls appear automatically.
Administrators: Log in to edit the planner.
